Description of the project
It is a metallic structure that covers a regular floor. Due to local regulations, the height of one of the gables in the back had to be modified. A Vierendeel truss was installed to give support to the gables, both at the top and bottom beads.
The rest of the unit is made of porticos whose columns are W steel sections and the crossbeams are castellated beams.
The portico stands out in the design of the structure, used to solve the change in heights, that crossbeam (Vierendeel truss) was used to give natural lightning to the interior of the unit.
